Please bring your lawn chairs and blankets for this wonderful outdoor family event.

 

* In case of inclement weather, this event will be held at the National Guard Armory

 

This event is organized by the Franklin County Parks & Recreation Department, the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce, and the Community Partnership for Revitalization of Rocky Mount.
