Franklin Co. High School Memorial Day Fundraiser

Franklin County High School students of Technology Students Association & Skills USA will host a three (3) day Memorial Day weekend yard sale and car show at the high school starting on Saturday, May 29 to Monday, May 31st.

 

The yard sale will be for 3 days and cover every parking lot at the FCHS campus.

 

Also, there will be a vehicle show for the 3 days.

 

On Saturday, May 29, there will be a Farm and Off-Road Show with categories for the ugliest truck, ATV, tractor & antique tractor.

 

On Sunday, May 30th, there will be a show for service vehicles, highlighting local and state police, military and rescue equipment.

 

On Monday, May 31st, Memorial Day, there will be a car show with categories for antique, classic, custom & sound system.  The car show has a $20 entry fee to compete.  Non-competition entries are FREE.

 

Registration for the Car and Farm Show is open, and yard sale spots are also available to the public on a first come, first pay basis.  A 12' by 12' numbered spot rents for $20 for 1 day and $35 for 3 days.  If a person rents 4 spots, he gets one spot free.

 

Proceeds from the yard sale and car show will benefit the trade and technology clubs at the FCHS.  Also, the clubs are donating part of the money to send a local Boy Scout troop to summer camp.
