-  Review and consideration of request of Y.A.N.A. Equestrian Ministries to be able to Christmas carol in the Franklin Heights neighborhood.

C.  Acquisition of Fire Truck for Rocky Mount Volunteer Fire Department

-  Review and consideration of purchasing a fire truck for the Rocky Mount Volunteer Fire Department and review and consideration of approval of draft resolution for appropriation of funding to purchase proposed fire truck.

-  Review and consideration of recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee regarding putting in place a system for water accountability for the Town of Rocky Mount with recommendation for Town meter reading period be shifted from six days to three by using two meter reading crews, and that the meter reading period start on a Monday.
