REQUEST FOR CONTRACTOR
QUALIFICATIONS

The Town of Rocky Mount is seeking contractors to perform facade related work for the Uptown Facade Improvement project. The Town of Rocky Mount, under a contract with the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development, is in the process of rehabilitating facades in the Uptown project area. All contractors interested in qualifying to participate in the program must complete a Pre-Qualification Statement and show proof of insurance and State License Class B or higher to be eligible to bid on any work associated with the project. Minority and female owned contracting businesses are encouraged to submit qualifications to be included on the bid list. Pre-qualifications will be accepted on an ongoing basis, with the first review commencing on January 16, 2009. Forms may be obtained by clicking on the link below or at the following address:
