Town of Rocky Mount Auto Decals on Sale

Vehicle decals are on sale in the Finance Department, located in the Rocky Mount Municipal Building, 345 Donald Avenue, Rocky Mount, VA 24151.  Auto decals are $25.  Motorcycle decals are $18. Trailer decals are $20 and $25 depending on weight.  The DMV registration is needed to qualify for the reduced rate.  Delinquent and current personal property taxes must be paid in full to obtain your 2008 decal.

YOU MUST BRING YOUR CURRENT VEHICLE REGISTRATION IF VEHICLE IS NOT LISTED ON YOUR TAX TICKET.  VEHICLE REGISTRATION SHOULD SHOW "TOWN OF ROCKY MOUNT" AS GARAGE DESIGNATION.

Decals must be displayed by midnight, March 31, 2008 to avoid a citation from the Police Department.
