Weekly Heightened Traffic Enforcement Report
As a public service, the Town of Rocky Mount Police Department issues a weekly heightened traffic enforcement report. This report is designed to make citizens aware of areas in town with heightened traffic enforcement for the week. The purpose of heightened enforcement is to help reduce safety concerns on Town roads.
Motorists can expect heightened traffic enforcement in the following areas:
Week of Saturday, January 31, 2009 - Friday, February 6, 2009
SATURDAY 1/31 - 40 East and North Main Street
SUNDAY 2/1 - South Main Street and Grassy Hill Road
MONDAY 2/2 - State Street and State Route 122
TUESDAY 2/3 - Dent Street and Bernard Road
WEDNESDAY 2/4 - 40 West and Scuffling Hill Road
THURSDAY 2/5 - Tanyard Road and Orchard Avenue
FRIDAY 2/6 - Pell Avenue and Diamond Avenue
