Weekly Heightened Traffic Enforcement Report
As a public service, the Town of Rocky Mount Police Department issues a weekly heightened traffic enforcement report. This report is designed to make citizens aware of areas in town with heightened traffic enforcement for the week. The purpose of heightened enforcement is to help reduce safety concerns on Town roads.
Motorists can expect heightened traffic enforcement in the following areas:
Week of Saturday, February 7, 2009 - Friday, February 13, 2009
SATURDAY 2/7 - Court Street and Diamond Avenue
SUNDAY 2/8 - N. Main Street and Tanyard Road
MONDAY 2/9 - Scuffling Hill Road and Bernard Road
TUESDAY 2/10 - Pell Avenue and Grassy Hill Road
WEDNESDAY 2/11 - Hatcher Street and State Route 122
THURSDAY 2/12 - S. Main Street and Franklin Street
FRIDAY 2/13 - Orchard Avenue and 40 East
