A ceremony will be held on November 11, 2024 beginning at 11:00 am at the Franklin County Veterans' Park on Scuffling Hill Road in Rocky Mount, Virginia.
Following the ceremony, Henry Fork Church of the Brethren will host a luncheon at their church.
All free to public.
