The Deputy Clerk gives notice of Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals meetings to its members and the public, and keeps the journal of all proceedings. The Deputy Clerk also serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Assistant Town Manager and Community Development and Planning Department.
