UTILITY BILLS & PAYMENTS

To begin new service, please contact the Finance Department either by phone at (540) 483-5243, by email at utility@rockymountva.org or in-person by visiting us at 345 Donald Avenue, Rocky Mount, Virginia.

  

To register and access your existing utility account online, please carefully follow the instructions provided below.  Once the instructions are opened, please click the blue Payment Portal Link to begin registration.

Ways to Pay Your Bill

  • Call 877-867-5739 anytime, 24/7.  The only information you need is your account number, customer number, and method of payment.
  • Visit our office located at 345 Donald Avenue, Rocky Mount, VA. 24151, Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  We also have a drive-thru window located at the back of the building for your convenience.
  • We have a secure drop box located at the back of our building beside the drive thru window.  This may be used outside of normal business hours to drop off your payment.  It will be posted to your account the next business day.
  • Set your bill up to be automatically drafted from your checking/savings account.  You can still receive a copy of your bill every month, but it will be noted as being Auto-Draft.  There are no regular monthly fees associated with this.  Please note: This service is not the same as Auto-Pay through our online portal.
