Litter Control Volunteers
Want to help keep your neighborhood, street, park or stream clear of litter and debris? The Town of Rocky Mount sponsors an Adopt-A-Park program to help support community volunteers, civic clubs and groups who want a clean local environment.
Sign up with the Town, agree to clean up your designated location at least two times per year, and we'll post the park with a sign to credit you, your family or your group. We'll provide gloves, high-visibility safety vests and trash bags; you provide the community spirit, civic pride and a few hours of work to help your community always look its best. Call the Public Works Department for a pick-up of the trash bags when your quarterly work is complete.
